Coaching With MMAC
MMAC encourages the growth of quality swimming coaches in Canada by employing a number of coaches who are working towards higher levels of coaching certification in the sport of Competitive Swimming.
MMAC coaches are paid by the hour, and are reimbursed for certain training costs as ways to encourage constant growth and improvement.
